Iran Press/ Iran news: Three days of Israeli attacks on Gaza left at least 44 Palestinians dead, including 15 children. At least 350 Palestinians suffered casualties.
Mohammad Mokhber said today, Monday, on the sidelines of Ashura mourning processions in Tehran: "The brutal attacks of the Zionist regime on the Gaza strip show the internal crises of Israel, which ultimately lead to greater unity of Muslims and resistance groups."
Mokhber stressed that the Israeli regime and its regional allies' struggle to reach an immediate ceasefire agreement was indicative of the fact to what extent the resistant groups' power advanced in the region.
A truce began at 11:30 pm local time on Sunday (20:30 GMT), with the mediation of Egypt, despite a flurry of Israeli air raids and Palestinian rocket attacks up until the last minute.
Since Friday, Israel has bombarded Gaza heavily, flattened buildings, and struck refugee camps.
