Heavy rain in Taft city of Yazd province has also caused flooding of roads, overflowing of Taft river and blocking of all the exits of this city.

The rain in recent days has caused floods in various provinces of Iran, which, in addition to destroying some infrastructures, have also killed a number of Iranian people.

The Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced on Friday night that 53 people have died and 16 people are missing due to rain and floods in different regions of Iran.
