Iran Press/ Iran News: Esmaeil Khatib made the remarks in a meeting with Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf and some other Intelligence Ministry officials.
The Iranian minister pointed to the Israeli regime and terrorist groups’ conspiracies and hostile actions against Iran’s security and said that the Iranian intelligence forces achieved remarkable success in foiling and countering the enemy’s hostile plots against Iran.
“We managed to carry out a number of successful operations against the Israeli regime besides countering its hostile measures against Iran which shows Iran and its intelligence forces’ security might,” he said.
Parliament Speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf, for his part, appreciated Iranian intelligence forces’ efforts in countering enemies’ hostile actions against the Islamic Republic of Iran and underlined the Intelligence Ministry’s role in the country’s security.
