Muscat (IP) - Iran's ambassador to Muscat announced the visit of a delegation of the Iran's Parliamentarians to Oman.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to Iran press, Iran's ambassador to Oman, Ali Najafi, said that a delegation of lawmakers of the parliament of Iran arrived in Muscat today (Monday) and was welcomed by Omani parliamentarians.

The relations between Iran and Oman in recent decades, despite the tensions in the Persian Gulf and the American effort to intensify Iranophobia, have always been based on mutual respect and interests.

Omani officials believe that close relations with Iran are based on realism and consider Iran as a great neighbor. The two countries do not have any territorial and border disputes with each other. Iran's support for Oman has been positively and permanently imprinted in Oman's historical memory.
