Tehran (IP)- Kazakhstan announced in a statement on Monday that Iranian citizens will not need a visa to travel to Kazakhstan as of July 20, 2022.

Iran PressAsia: Kazakhstan Ministry of Interior announced on Monday that citizens of Iran, India, and China could travel to the country and reside for 14 days without visa requirements. 

It added that the decree would allow citizens of these countries a continuous visa-free stay in Kazakhstan for up to 14 days.

However, the maximum duration of the visitor’s visa-free stay is 42 days every 180 days.

The announcement followed an agreement between Iran and Kazakhstan for visa-free travel.
