Syria (IP) - An Iranian oil tanker entered Baniyas Port in Syria due to activating a credit line between Damascus and Tehran.

Iran PressMiddle East: On June 21, the media announced the finalization of the one-billion-dollar credit line between Iran and Syria.

According to the credit line project, the Syrian government supplies the needs of its ministries exclusively from the Iranian market and production units.

Production lines and industrial goods will be supplied from Iran's products, which provides a unique opportunity for Iranian companies to be present in the market and develop the country's businesses in Syria.

This is the third oil tanker that has entered Syria in the last few weeks, the arrival of which coincided with the visit of Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian to Damascus.

Amir- Abdollahian arrived in Damascus on Saturday to discuss and exchange views with the high Syrian officials.
