Iran Press/ Iran news: The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, told reporters on his arrival in East Azarbaijan Province, northwestern Iran, on Thursday: "This province is the cradle of great and famous men and women in history and also shone in the holy defense."
Raisi added: "Mining, industrial and agricultural capacities of this region are also very high and Azarbaijan can be mentioned as a province of production, trade, and export."
The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, at the head of a delegation, arrived at Tabriz's Shahid Madani International Airport on Thursday, along with the government's provincial trips format, and was received formally by the representative of the Leader and Governor of East Azarbaijan and a group of state and military officials.
