Iran Press/ Iran News: Emomali Rahmon was welcomed by Iranian Energy Minister Ali-Akbar Mehrabian at Tehran's Mehrabad Airport and is on a visit to Iran at the official invitation of President Ebrahim Raisi.
The two-day visit includes bilateral talks between the two presidents and consultations of the two countries' high delegations, the signing of several documents on economic, scientific, political and cultural cooperation, and a press conference by the two presidents.
President Raisi had traveled to Dushanbe last year at the invitation of his Tajik counterpart to attend the Shanghai Summit, during which eight cooperation documents between Iran and Tajikistan were signed by the two countries' officials.
