Tehran (IP) - During a meeting with the Iranian Foreign Minister, the Iranian Ambassador to Russia presented a report on the holding of a joint commission on economic cooperation between the two countries and the growing relations between the two sides.

Iran Press/Iran news: On Saturday, during a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian, Kazem Jalali, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Russia, who visited Tehran at the same time as the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Russian side of the Joint Economic Cooperation Commission, presented a report on the joint commission on economic cooperation between the two countries and the growing relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation.

During the meeting, Amir Abdollahian emphasized the importance of mutual relations in various political, economic and cultural fields and made the necessary recommendations to follow up on the agreements reached within the framework of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation between the two countries.

Earlier, referring to the positive outcomes of cooperation between the two sides, Iran's ambassador stated Tehran-Moscow cooperation in the region has led to regional security and stability, and the two counties closely cooperate in resolving the regional crises, which affects the regional interactions quite positively.
