Yazd (IP) – A permanent exhibition of photographs and old documents of Dowlatabad Garden in Yazd, central Iran, has been set up to introduce and preserve the historical monument.

Iran PressIran News: The exhibition entitled "Dowlatabad Garden Over Time" includes a collection of photographs and documents of the garden's restoration over 50 years, which show several thousand years of civilization, so that tourists learn more about the process of construction, repair and preservation of the historical site besides taking a walk in the garden and visiting world's tallest wind tower.

The manuscript collected from the National Library and Archives of Iran about Dowlatabad Garden will be turned into a permanent exhibition after expert study and information extraction.

Dowlatabad Garden has been registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The study of the ancient history of Yazd shows that the garden was built in 1160 AH and in the historical period of Zandieh.
