Tehran (IP) - Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) will attend the fourth regional security dialogue meeting to be held in the Tajikistan capital city of Dushanbe on Friday.

Iran PressIran News: In the meeting, attended by security officials from Iran, Russia, China, India, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Kazakhstan, developments in Afghanistan will discussed.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Ali Shamkhani will meet with some of his counterparts. 

Regional Security Dialogue sessions were initiated by the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2018.

The first and second meetings were held in Tehran and the third meeting was held in New Delhi.
