Tehran (IP) - The 33rd edition of Tehran's International Book Fair is underway in Imam Khomeini Mosalla in the capital of Iran.

Iran PressIran News: 1,700 publishers from Iran and 32 other countries worldwide have exposed their books to visitors. 

The expo was opened on May 11 and is underway until May 21, 2022. 

The event hosts 700 Iranian publishers and 170 foreign ones in person and over 1,900 others virtually this year.

Earlier, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, two editions of the Tehran Book Fair were held virtually for the first time in the country to meet the demands of Iranian publishers, authors, translators, book activists, and of course, people.
