Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 17 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 141,131.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 03, 2022, 7,223,576 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,992,001 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 571 cases, of whom 101 patients were hospitalized.

1,062 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 51,261,640 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no city is red, 33 are orange, 321 are Yellow, and 94 are blue zones.

So far, 64,350,307 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,576,453 have received the second dose, 27,080,848 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 149,007,608 doses.
