Greece ship

Beached in the western part of Kish Island in the village of Bagu since 1966, the Greek ship has a special position so that the sun sets behind the ship on the island, creating a special scenic beauty.

The spectacular view of the sunset at the back of the Greek ship is an unforgettable experience for tourists.

Recreational pier

Rent a glass-bottom boat to enjoy a memorable trip to the island or use pedal boating, rowing boat, or water bike at the Kish recreational pier. It is a complex of recreational facilities where tourists enjoy facilities such as jet skis, pedal boats (with a capacity of 4 people), fishing boats, rowing boats, water tricycles, diving facilities and glass-bottom boats that they use to watch the beautiful waters of the Persian Gulf.

Kish water park

Kish water park or Ocean Water Park is a 5.6-hectare outdoor water park for both men and women located in Kish Island, Iran. This water park themed based on the story of the Mystery of the Sun Castle is the newest recreation center of Kish and is ready to provide services to travelers and tourists of this beautiful island.

This water park is known as one of the most unique outdoor water parks in Iran and the Middle East in recent years and currently has 13 rides, 4 swimming pools and one spa in addition to numerous restaurants, beverage stops, coffee shops and shopping areas.

Penguin recreation complex snow park

The Penguin Recreation Complex, including Iran's first snow park and other recreational and tourism facilities, was put into operation during Nowruz 1400 by order of Iran's then-President Hassan Rouhani with the investment and design of the private sector.

The complex includes a variety of recreation facilities, including billiards, snooker, shooting, indoor rock climbing, virtual reality (VR) simulation, numerous cafes with a pleasant atmosphere and a food court, as well as the penguin snow park.

The snow park is the first of its kind in Iran and the second in the Middle East after the Dubai Snow Park in the UAE. It has facilities for games and entertainment in a snowy environment and is very attractive for travelers who experience a trip to a tropical and sultry island.

Kish Aquarium

In Kish Aquarium, you can see the underwater world and have the chance to see colorful corals, fish, turtles, and so many other creatures.

In the first part of the large aquarium, sharks, crocodiles, and snakes roam in an area with a volume of 50,000 liters. In the second part, which has a volume of 20,000 liters, you can see 70 rare and interesting types of fish. 

Kish Aquarium also includes a two-meter turtle, taxidermies, and a Paleontology center.

Bird Garden

Kish Bird Garden is located inside the Dolphin Complex and has more than 57 different species of birds, including pelican, ostrich, scarlet macaw, various species of stork, toucan, swans, African penguins, and rare species such as marsh crocodile.

The 100-hectare park has collected different species from all over the world, from South America to Australia and from East Asia to Africa.

Kariz underground city

Kariz underground city, also called Kariz-e Kish, is the remnants of a system that provided the islanders’ drinking water 2,500 years ago. Today, it has transformed into an incredible underground city with an area of 10,000 square meters. 

Tourists can visit the extensive coral collection, which is part of the Kish Qanat. Before the Roman aqueduct, the people of pre-Islamic Iran had developed their own hydraulic system called a qanat. A qanat is a series of vertical wells built along a gentle slope to filter water toward arid areas.

Kish Dolphin Park

As the first dolphinarium in Iran, Dolphin Park Complex showcases the great and amusing dolphin performances, giving the chance to watch funny dolphins dance, jump, draw, and even talk to the tourists.

Located on the southeast of the island, the Kish Dolphin Complex is large and has an area of 100 hectares, where in addition to Dolphins, Northern Sea Lion, Northern Sea Cat, and Penguins also live.

Hoor Cottage

In the western pinpoint of Kish Island, there is an interesting place named Kolbeh Hoor (Hoor Cottage). 

The 8-meter site can be accessed through the small southern beach or a rocky headland in the west.

Hoor Cottage is home to aquatic animals such as grouper, red snapper, stony rock, oysters and turtles. 

On days when the wind is low, people come to this site for fishing. Divers also come to diving. 

The Ancient Town of Harireh

A different attraction is the beautiful Kish Island is the Ancient Town of Harireh, which is located on the north of the island. Harireh was the center of civilization more than 800 years ago.

The Ancient Town of Harireh, which is also registered as one of the national treasury of Iran, has an area of more than 120 hectares and consists of an old public bathroom, a mosque, an aristocratic building, an aqueduct, and a punty workshop.

Once a charming and lively town that businessmen loved, the Ancient Town of Harireh is believed to be built after the destruction of Siraf, a very popular port.
