Serbia (IP) - In a meeting between the Ambassador of Iran to Serbia and the President of the Belgrade University of Arts, the development of cooperation between the two universities was emphasized.

Iran PressEurope: Iran and Serbia have good potential to increase cooperation in various sectors, including agriculture, industry, mining, construction, energy, science, petrochemicals, tourism, and culture. 

 In Serbia, Iran's Rashid Hassanpour met with the President of the Belgrade University of the Arts, Professor Marjana Nikolic, as well as the chancellors of the Music, Applied Arts, Drawing Arts, and Dramatic Arts faculties.

During the meeting, Hassanpour stressed a signing of a memorandum of understanding to expand the academic cooperation and the development of a framework to sustain the bilateral ties further.

Nikolic, for her part, said there was cooperation between Iran and the Belgrade University of Arts.
