Mashhad (IP) - Iran's President said that despite the claims the Europeans have made many about the Afghans, without providing any assistance in this regard, today more than four million Afghans are guests of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Iran PressIran news: According to Iran press, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, told reporters in Mashhad on Thursday evening, the capital of Khorasan Razavi Province, northeastern Iran, that the Islamic Republic of Iran feels responsible for its Afghan loved ones, unlike the Europeans who only pursue their political desires.

Raisi said: "Today, what is important inside Afghanistan is the formation of an inclusive government with the presence of all groups and tribes."

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in response to the issue of Afghan citizens living in Khorasan Razavi, also stated: "Education, lifestyle and employment of these citizens is important for the Islamic Republic of Iran, so it is envisaged to establish a central mechanism as an immigrant organization with offices to be active in Khorasan Razavi and other provinces."

Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and members of the cabinet arrived in Khorasan Razavi province on Wednesday on their first provincial trip in the new year (1401).

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran has previously visited 17 provinces including Hormozgan, Qom, Yazd, Lorestan, Zanjan, Semnan, Ardabil, Fars, Khuzestan, Sistan and Baluchestan, South Khorasan, Ilam, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Bushehr, Gilan, Golestan and Mazandaran.
