Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Saturday that 120 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 138,831.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to March 12, 2022, 7,119,763 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,774,197 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 2,219 cases, of whom 543 patients were hospitalized.

2,921 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 48,179,304 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 99 cities are red, 186 are orange, 154 are Yellow and 9 are zones.

So far, 63,534,619 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,132,599 have received the second dose, 24,880,597 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 144,547,815 doses.
