Palestine (IP) - Palestine's Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) declared that it would allow no more suffering of the Palestinians jailed in the Israeli regime's prisons.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to the relevant institutions active in prisoners' affairs, the Israeli regime has jailed about 4,850 Palestinians, including 41 women, 225 children, and 540 employees in 23 prisons.

Zahra Jabbarin, a member of Hamas, said: "The Resistance, in its all forms and spectrums, will not allow the prisoners in the Israeli jails to suffer anymore."

Jabbarin said it was the duty of the Resistance to realize the fundamental rights of the Palestinian prisoners and strive for their release.

"The Resistance will force the occupying Israeli regime to complete and implement the prisoner extradition agreement," she noted earlier.

From the beginning of its establishment, the Israeli regime has been trying to reach its goals through applying economic and political pressure and military invasions against the Palestinian people. Yet, the regime failed to realize its dreams due to the Resistance of the Palestinian people.

According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), in 2021, 341 Palestinians were killed and 17,893 more injured.

The Israeli security forces systematically killed the Palestinian children; in 2021, 86 Palestinian children were killed in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, the highest since 2014.
