Tehran (IP) - The film 'A Hero,' directed by Asghar Farhadi, will be screened at Serbia's 50th Belgrade Film Festival.

Iran PressIran News: The movie 'A Hero' will be screened in the Belgrade Film Specials section. The 50th Belgrade Film Festival will be held in Serbia from February 25th to March 5th.

The film 'A Hero' will be screened eight times at the Belgrade Cinema Event.  Asghar Farhadi's new production has sold more than two million dollars in various countries.

France with $ 1.5 million and Italy with $ 500,000 were the best foreign markets for 'A Hero.'

The film follows the story of Rahim (Amir Jadidi), a family man who is imprisoned because of a debt that he is unable to repay. When on a two-day leave from prison, he tries to convince his creditor to cancel the complaint against him, but events then spiral out of control.
