Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 85 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 132,830.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 06, 2022, 6,579,266 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,152,908 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 35,429 cases, of whom 2,199 patients were hospitalized.2,395 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 45,399,262 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

So far, 61,112,617 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 54,505,698 have received the second dose, 19,646,357 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 135,264,672 doses.

Today, 120 cities are in the red zone,153 orange, 167 yellow, and eight blue.
