Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that 61 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 132,624.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 03, 2022, a total number of 6,483,799 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,121,353 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 37,395 cases, of whom 1,981 were hospitalized.

1,945 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 45,095,250 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

So far, 60,922,230 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 54,370,250 have received the second dose, 18,774,788 have received the booster shot, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 134,137,268 doses.

Today, 77 cities are in the red zone, 179 are orange, 181 yellow, and 11 are blue.
