The Trilateral Combined Naval Exercise entitled "Maritime Security Belt 2022," with the participation of Iran, China, and Russia, wrapped up on Friday evening.

Iran PressIran News: The joint naval exercise, codenamed the "Maritime Security Belt 2022," with the participation of Iran, China, and Russia, started on Friday morning in the North Indian Ocean.

The drill, whose main motto is "Together for Peace and Security," ended in the north of the Indian Ocean with the participation of marine and airborne units of the Iranian, Chinese, and Russian navies.

Rear-Admiral Mustafa Taj al-Dini, the spokesman for the drill, said: "In the exercise, all kinds of tactical exercises were carried out with the presence of units from three countries."

The drills covered 17,000 square kilometers and consisted of various tactical exercises such as target practicing and rescuing ships from assault and incidents such as fires.
