Tehran (IP) - Iran has joined the energy service exporters to Europe for the first time by signing a memorandum of understanding between Iran and Romania to export technical and engineering services in the gas industry.

Iran PressIran News: For the first time, Iran will cooperate in engineering services and construction of gas transmission lines, gas pressure boosting facilities and the development of gas storage tanks in Romania.

Therefore, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Reza Noshadi, CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company, and Mihai Tanasco from the Romanian company Gaz Vest.

As stated by the CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company, the purpose of signing this memorandum is to study joint investment opportunities and interaction in various fields, such as the feasibility of construction of refineries, power plants, and gas pipelines.

With thousands of kilometers of gas transmission lines and gas facilities, Iran is one of the most experienced countries in this field. There is the ability to build for most of the items needed to implement gas supply projects in Iran.
