Tehran (IP)- Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh condemned the Israeli regime's repeated attacks on Syrian territory, especially the re-targeting of food and medicine depots in the port of Latakia.

Iran PressIran news: The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added: "The attacks are a clear example of the regime's escalation of the tension policy in the region, and it is also considered an inhuman and immoral act."

Khatibzadeh further emphasized that the regime has violated all international laws, regulations, and norms by repeatedly attacking Syrian territory under false and baseless excuses.

The Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed the Syrian government's legitimate defense and called on the international community to take the necessary measures to prevent a recurrence of such attacks because, according to the spokesman, "silence against such behavior will give the green light to the regime to continue its aggression."
