Iran scores 67 COVID deaths in 24 hrs

Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 67 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 130,831.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to December 14, 2021, on Tuesday,  6,160,303 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,980,566 of the infected people recovered. 

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 2,784 cases, of whom 433 patients were hospitalized. 

3,042 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU). 

So far, 40,258,351 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran. 

According to the latest analysis, no cities are red, eight are orange, 119 are yellow, and 321 are blue zones. 

So far, 58,857,213 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 49,729,644 have received the second dose, 2,971,806 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 111,558,663 doses.
