Iran logs 76 COVID deaths in 24 hrs

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 76 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 130,200.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to December 05, 2021, 6,134,465 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,923,316 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 3,109 cases, of whom 660 patients were hospitalized.

3,249 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 39,309,087 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, two cities are red, nine are orange, 153 are yellow, and 284 are blue zones.

So far, 58,094,169 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 48,149,791 have received the second dose, 1,287,811 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 107,531,771 doses.
