Baku (IP) - Iran's ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan reacted to the allegations and intervening statements of the Israeli regime's ambassador to Baku.

Iran Press/Asia: Abbas Mousavi wrote in a tweet: "It is interesting that Iran has filled the entire mind of the ambassador of a fake regime and is using every opportunity to express this mental conflict. The candle he lit at the cost of extinguishing the candles of the lives of Palestinians that the Zionist regime extinguishes daily."

The Israeli regime's ambassador to Baku, George Dick, had stated in an interventionist tweet that he lit a candle in memory of the "brave Iranians at the Hanukkah celebration", a Jewish festival.

Thousands of people, including farmers, have protested against actions resulting in a major river drying up in Iran’s central city of Isfahan, calling on authorities to open a dam to relieve drought-stricken areas.

First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber ordered energy and agriculture ministers to take immediate measures to tackle the issue of the river's drainage in three provinces of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Isfahan and Yazd.
