Tehran (IP) - Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi arrived in Tehran on Sunday night after participating in the 15th ECO Summit and bilateral meetings with neighboring countries' heads of state.

Iran PressIran News: During his stay in Ashgabat, the Iranian President gave a speech at the 15th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Ashgabat.

Speaking on Sunday morning at the 15th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organisation (ECO) hosted by Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, Ebrahim Raisi said: “The Islamic Republic of Iran considers a special priority for economic cooperation and partnership with Asian countries, especially its neighbours in South Asia, West Asia, Central Asia and the Caucasus.”

Iranian President also met and discussed bilateral issues with his counterparts from Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.  

President Raisi also had a meeting with Iranian traders and expatriates living in Turkmenistan.
