Yerevan (IP) - The Yerevan Museum of Manuscripts organized an exhibition entitled "Iranian Art in the Qajar Era."

Iran PressAsia: The exhibition "Iranian Art in the Qajar Era," which was inaugurated with the presence of the Iranian ambassador and cultural advisor in Yerevan, the director of the Matenadaran Museum, and some art lovers, displayed dozens of works, including paintings, ceramics, works of art made of wood and metal, cashmere, Clothes, embroidery and needlework, lacquered covers and Persian manuscripts.

"The purpose of the exhibition is to acquaint visitors and enthusiasts with the history and art of Iran in the late 18th to early 20th century and to introduce a corner of the culture and art of the Iranian nation," said Ayut Tajarian, who is in charge of organizing the exhibition.

The excellent reception of the visitors of this exhibition shows the great interest of the Armenian people in Iranian culture and civilization.

The exhibition of Iranian art in Yerevan has been held for several months for lovers of Iranian art and culture.
