Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking at the opening ceremony of 2,550 development and anti-deprivation projects throughout Iran, Mohammad Mokhber said it is nearly 40 years since the dominance system has been lurking to damage the country, but yet could not succeed in doing so.
No country can make decisions without Iran's consultation in the region, Mokhber said, noting that the country owes its victory, dignity, and development to its people.
He added that the Iranian people have always been ready to resolve the country's problems.
He then went on to commemorate Basij Week, saying: "In floods, in earthquakes, in deprivation, Basij was the first team ready to help."
"Basij which is run by people has not been allocated to any special groups but to all and with its all-out capacities can ward off deprivation," he said, describing Basij movement.
In tight cooperation with Basij, the first vice president said the government is also ready to offer help anywhere needed and provide its nonstop services to people.
