Tehran (IP): Customs Administration Spokesman said that Iran's trade with neighboring countries had reached 28 billion and 300 million dollars in 7 months.

Iran PressIran news: Rouhollah Latifi, the spokesman of Iran's Customs Administration, said: "The amount of Iran's trade with neighbors in the last seven months of this year in the Iranian calendar (Starting from March 20, 2021), was 61 million 466 thousand tons worth 28 billion and 300 million dollars."

Latifi added: "During the period, 47 million 885 thousand 306 tons of goods worth 14 billion 782 million 736 thousand 454 dollars were exported to 15 neighboring countries, which was 55% of the total value of the country's seven-month exports."

Latifi talked about exports to neighboring countries, adding that Iraq, Turkey, UAE, Afghanistan, and Pakistan were the first five destinations for exporting goods.

Regarding imports from neighboring countries, the customs spokesman said: "The UAE is Iran's top trade partner with the export of 6 million 869 thousand 881 tons of goods worth 8 billion 595 million 520 thousand 927 dollars."
