Iran Press/ Iran News: The Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad called Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian to express his satisfaction over his Iranian counterpart's recovery.
According to the General Department of Information and Spokesmanship of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; In this call, Faisal Mekdad conveyed a warm greeting from the President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad, to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi.
The Iranian and Syrian foreign ministers reviewed the latest bilateral relations updates, economic cooperation, tourism, and pilgrimage between the two countries and discussed some regional issues.
In the telephone conversation, the Iranian Foreign Minister, while commemorating the martyrs of the Resistance, invited the Syrian Foreign Minister, Faisal Mekdad, to visit Tehran.
