IRGC dismantles sabotage network in southwest of Tehran

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) dismantled a group of foreign-backed saboteurs in Robat Karim city, southwest of Tehran.

Iran PressIran news: According to the attorney of Robat Karim, the group intended to do the act of sabotage in the area, but with a court order, the agents involved the terrorist network were arrested and sent to prison.

Investigations into the case as well as the identification of other associates of the sabotage network are still ongoing.

Iran’s Intelligence forces have identified and dismantled the 78 arms and ammunition smuggling gangs in the first six months of this year in the Iranian calendar (starting from March 21, 2021).

Earlier in Late November, Sayyed al-Shohada Headquarters of Iran's Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) reported that a terrorist team in the Sardasht border in northwestern Iran was dismantled by IRGC border guards at the time of arrival to the country.
