Iran Press/ Iran News: Ibrahim Mohammad al-Dulaimi, in a meeting on Thursday with Ayatollah Hossein Noori-Hamedani, a Shia Marja, stated that the necessity of the survival of the Islamic Ummah was unity, solidarity, and jihad against arrogance.
He described the Yemeni people and their victories as a clear example of this resistance and condemned the international community's silence on the crimes committed in Yemen.
During the meeting with Ayatollah Alireza Arafi, another Shia cleric, the Yemeni ambassador enumerated the existing capacities in the seminaries, noting that the seminary is ready for cooperation and scientific exchange with religious centers in Yemen and to expand relations between the two countries.
Saudi Arabia, with the support of the United States, the UAE, and several other countries, has launched a military invasion of Yemen since March 2015.
The outbreak of war by Saudi Arabia and its allies against Yemen has so far killed and injured hundreds of thousands of Yemenis.
The Saudi military aggression has also left the poor country of Yemen severely short of food and medicine.
