Grand Mufti of Croatia:

Tehran (IP)- The Grand Mufti of the Muslims of Croatia, called the Islamic Unity Conference a forum to explain the current situation in Islamic countries.

Iran PressIran news: In an interview with Iran Press on the Islamic Unity Conference, Sheikh Aziz Hassan Ovic, said: "Such conferences are a forum for scholars, thinkers, and politicians to talk about our current condition."

"Syria and Yemen should also be addressed so that we can be aware of the situation in other Islamic countries," the Grand Mufti added.

Hassan Ovich added: "Holding the Islamic Unity Conference and media coverage was a way to interact among the Muslims."

"We are also responsible for holding such conferences because people are waiting to hear and understand what is being said, "added the Croatian Grand Mufti of Muslims, noting that journalists and the media are also responsible for conveying the message.

Referring to the publication of a book entitled "How do you know Islam?", He explained: "The book was written to acquaint non-Muslims with Islamic teachings, while many Muslims do not know anything about (true) Islam. Islam is a complete religion and we must follow the Qur'an completely."

The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought (WFPIST) has been established by the order of the Leader of the Revolution since 1990. So far, 34 sessions of the Unity Conference have been held.
