Iran Press/Iran news: Ebrahim Raisi, at the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference, stated: "Our young people are more inclined to religion than in the past. Young people are not interested in Western culture and systems. We are witnessing an Islamic awakening in the region."
President Raisi added: "The Islamic Ummah has awakened. This meeting is very important for planning the Islamic awakening. There must be a proper understanding of the conspiracies and deviations. Some initially misunderstood ISIS. At the same time, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said ISIS does what the Zionists do, and it turned out that ISIS had American and Zionist roots. Also, the US Secretary of State officially announced that we had created ISIS. Today, we are witnessing conspiracies in Lebanon and Afghanistan."
President Raisi also said: "We seek to create stability and the enemy seeks to create instability. Our strategy is to create unity and the strategy of the enemy is to create division in the Islamic world. Therefore, we must emphasize the unity of the Islamic Ummah."
"Today, we are witnessing divisions and conspiracies of the enemies of Islam in all countries of the region, including Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and Yemen. Therefore, we must all try to protect the Islamic Ummah from these conspiracies," added Raisi.
Martyr Soleimani took practical measures in the Islamic world
Ebrahim Raisi, also added: "Martyr Qasem Soleimani took practical measures in the Islamic world, and these measures along with the scientific actions of Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri, the late Chairman of the Supreme Council of the World Assembly for the Proximity of Islamic Schools was very effective in removing doubts and creating unity in the Islamic Ummah."
