Tehran (IP) - While the world is challenging with the COVID-19 pandemic, the arrogant powers have lied about not sanctioning Iran's access to medicine. Their sanctions have hindered Iran's access to adequate COVID medicine, stressed Iran's Health Minister.

Iran PressIran News: They have primarily deterred financial transactions and transference, which thereby threatened the health of millions of Iranians, Bahram Eynolahi noted during his speech at the joint meeting with the ambassadors in Tehran, who donated COVID-19 vaccine to Iran on Sunday. 

Referring to the latest developments in vaccine import and vaccination process in the country, Eynolahi said: "I am glad that our friends have helped our country during the pandemic, Iranians won't forget your kindness." 

Bahram Eynolahi continued: "Your relationship with Iran is long-standing and during the coronavirus outbreak, the relationship has become closer, because it is necessary all countries help each other to eradicate the disease soon." 

Iran's Health Minister highly expressed hope that by producing mass  Iranian-made COVID vaccines, Iran will help the countries in need and eliminate the disease in the world. 

During the meeting, on behalf of their countries, ambassadors expressed readiness to cooperate with Iran.

A joint meeting with the ambassadors of the various countries including Germany, Serbia, China, Japan, Austria, Poland, and ..., which donated the COVID-19 vaccine to Iran, was held at the Health Ministry chaired by Bahram Eynolahi, Iran's Health Minister on Oct.17, 2021.
