Iran Press/ Iran News: The ceremony of the beginning of the academic year of universities and higher education institutions was held on Monday morning in the presence of President Ebrahim Raisi, Iran's Health Minister Bahram Eynolahi, head of Task Force for Fighting Coronavirus, Alireza Zali, and other top governmental officials at Tehran University in full compliance with hygienic protocols.
Also, a limited number of officials from the Ministries of Science and Health, professors, and students from the two universities of Tehran and Tehran University of Medical Sciences attended the ceremony.
During the ceremony, a professor and a student spoke on behalf of Iran's university professors and students in the presence of the President, after which President Ebrahim Raisi delivered a speech at the end of the ceremony.
At the ceremony, about 26 top students of the Ministry of Science and Health were honored.
