Iran Press/ Iran news: The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, will attend the University of Tehran tomorrow morning (Monday) during his first visit to the university as president.
This attendance is to mark the beginning of the new academic year at the University of Tehran.
In addition to the President of Iran, the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology, Mohammad Ali Zolfigol, and Minister of Health and Medical Education, Bahram Einollahi, will attend the ceremony.
The University of Tehran is the oldest modern university located in Tehran, Iran. It is also one of the most prestigious universities in the Middle East.
Based on its historical, socio-cultural, and political pedigree, as well as its research and teaching profile, UT has been nicknamed "The Mother University of Iran."
