Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 289 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 119,649.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to September 27, 2021, 5,547,990 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 4,966,098 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 14,470 cases, out of whom 2,219 patients were hospitalized.

6,209 COVID-19 patients are in Intensive Care Units (ICU).

So far, 31,868,828COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 29 cities are red, 224 are orange, and 165 are yellow zones, and 30 cities are in the blue zone.

So far, 36,303,822 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 15,646,961 have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 51,950,783 doses.
