Iran Press/ Iran news: On Tuesday, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Saeed Khatibzadeh, expressed his condolences over the deadly shooting incident at Perm State University campus.
At least 8 people have been killed and 19 others injured in a shooting at a University in the Russian city of Perm on Monday.
