Iran-Oman 1st virtual exhibition starts

Tehran (IP) - The first Iran-Oman virtual exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of the president of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, the president of the Oman Chamber of Commerce, the President of the Iran-Oman Joint Chamber, the Ambassador of Oman in Tehran, and the participation of 130 Iranian and Omani companies.

Iran PressIran news: At the opening ceremony of the Iran-Oman virtual exhibition, the head of the Iran Chamber of Commerce considered it necessary to create a space for exchanging new ideas and thoughts with the approach of creating new ideas in the field of investment between the two countries.

Gholamhossein Shafei added: "Holding this exhibition with the help of using new technologies in coronavirus conditions shows the firm determination of Iran and Oman Chambers of Commerce to develop trade and industrial relations between the two countries."

Shafei considered this exhibition as an opportunity to introduce the capabilities and the latest products of technologies and initiatives used in the industrial and production fields of the two countries.

Reza bin Saleh, president of the Oman Chamber of Commerce, also said that the volume of trade between Iran and Oman last year was close to $400 million.

Bin Saleh added that the Kingdom of Oman is trying to develop relations between the two countries in various fields.
