Iran Press / Europe: "The international community and the IAEA have been deaf and dumb about the nuclear arsenals of the Zionist regime of Israel for over five decades, having no supervision over them,” said Kazem Gharibabadi.
Gharibabadi made the comment at the IAEA Board of Governors meeting, reacting to the Israel ambassador’s criticism that the IAEA has been blind about Iran’s nuclear activities during the past seven months.
He said, "The point claimed by the representative of a regime that is not a member of any of the non-proliferation treaties and disarmament pacts is quite ridiculous."
"If there he talks about Iran's being seven months exempted from the IAEA inspections, which is itself a big lie because Iran observing all the protocols that it has signed, it should be kept in mind that the international community and the IAEA have been deaf and dumb about the nuclear arsenals, warheads, and activities of the Zionist regime with no supervision over them," he said.
Gharibabadi said that the greater sorrow is because the IAEA’s silence in that respect is quite intentional.
