Iran Press/ Iran news: In a message on Thursday, Mohammad Mokhber congratulated Vietnam's National Day to the country's Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính.
Mokhber, in his message, expressed hope that Iran-Vietnam ties would be expanded, particularly in the economic areas, in the light of the will of the two countries' leaders and capacities.
Vietnam experienced a heavy massacre as a result of the US invasion in 1960.
