Iran Press/ Middle East: Speaking on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the liberation of eastern Lebanon from terrorist occupation, the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah referred to Iran's support for Lebanon and the Resistance Front, emphasizing that Iran bravely stood by Lebanon and Resistance against the terrorists.
Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah said that the victory in eastern Lebanon was not achieved for free, but that many sacrifices were made in this regard, adding that what happened in the region was part of the global war against Syria and a dangerous plan for Western Asia.
The Lebanese Hezbollah secretary-general said that the ISIS terrorist group was seeking to dominate Syria and that Lebanon was part of its plans, adding that ISIS was trying to link Tadmur and Qalamoun, and if it could do so, it would have made a difficult situation.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah further referred to Washington's action in transferring ISIS terrorists from Iraq and Syria to Afghanistan and the humiliating withdrawal of US forces from this country, stating that the Americans transferred ISIS terrorists to Afghanistan to intimidate neighboring countries.
The Lebanese Hezbollah secretary general said that what we are witnessing in Afghanistan is a sign of the complete failure of the United States, adding that those who are counting on the United States should learn from the way it treats its allies in Afghanistan.
Also, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said that a third ship with Iranian fuel had been agreed to alleviate the severe shortage in Lebanon. 219
