Iran Press/ Iran News: Mohammad-Reza Ashtiani, the proposed Minister of Defense, said on Monday: "The United States and the Zionist regime know that Iran, inspired by Ashura, seeks to spread justice and realize the rights of the oppressed and support the resistance in the world on the one hand, and peace in the region and the interaction with the neighboring countries on the other hand."
He added: "Our armed forces will respond decisively to any adventurous, irrational action and are ready to face enemies and evils."
The sessions of Iran's Parliament for the vote of confidence to the President Raisi's cabinet began on Saturday with his speech defending his administration's plans and suggested cabinet.
By the speech of Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Parliament, the procedure kicked off and will continue to the end of the vote of confidence.
