Afghan delegation meets with Pakistani FM

Islamabad (IP) - A group of Afghan officials met with Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Islamabad on Monday as part of efforts to provide peace and stability in Afghanistan.

Iran PressAsia: Former Afghan Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani, Mir-Rahman Rahmani, Younis Qanuni, Karim Khalili, Mohammad Mohaqiq, Ashraf Ghani's Senior Advisor on Political and Security Affairs, Ahmad Zia Massoud, Latif Pedram, and Ahmad Wali Massoud met with Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the framework of providing peace and stability in Afghanistan.

The meeting comes a day after Taliban forces entered the Afghan capital, Kabul.

The Afghan delegation left Kabul on Sunday after Taliban forces entered the city.
