Iran COVID -19 update:
over 646 k people vaccinated in 24 hours

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday, August 10, a number of 646,732 more people were vaccinated during the last 24 hours.

Iran PressIran news: According to the latest data, the total number of COVID-19 patients reached 4,238,676, of which 3,591,313 have recovered.

From yesterday to August 10, 2021, Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 39, 139 cases, out of whom 4,636 patients were hospitalized.

The Health Ministry also announced that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 508 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 95,111.

6,749 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 26,683,686 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 336 cities are red, 84 are orange, and 28 are yellow zones.

So far, 13,520,127 people have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, 3,274,980 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 16,795,107 doses.
