Iran COVID update:
378 patients succumb to death in 24 hours

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 378 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 91,785.

Iran PressIran news: According to the latest data, the total number of COVID-19 patients reached 3,979,727, of which 3,424,650 have recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 39,019 cases, out of whom 4,838 patients were hospitalized.

5,793 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU). 

So far, 26,099,787 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 285 cities are red, 110 are orange, and 53 are yellow zones.

So far, 10,741,956 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 2,844,250 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 13,586,206 doses.
