Tehran (IP): Head of Iran's Customs Administration announced a 21 percent growth in the country's exports and imports.

Iran Press/Iran news: Mehdi Mirashrafi, Head of Iran's Customs Administration, announced the growth of exports and imports in the first four months of this year in the Iranian calendar (Starting from March 21, 2021), noting: "During this period, 50 million and 800 thousand tons of goods worth $29B were exchanged between Iran and other countries."

He added: "Comparing with the same period last year, the statistics shows a growth of 21 percent in weight and 47 percent in the value of goods."

He also announced China, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Afghanistan as the destination countries for Iran's exports.
